Construction features
* Structure in powder painted sheet steel, complete with wheels and handles, and featuring dimensions and weight such as to allow easy manoeuvrability and ergonomic use.
* Directly coupled high efficiency centrifugal suction fan with welded backward curved blades, suitable for the extraction of dust-laden fumes.
* On board electrical panel with thermal- magnetic protections and power ON/OFF switch, wired to the motor and complete with 10 m power cord.
* Galvanized steel couplings on suction port and pressure port, for the connection of our standard flexible hoses in various models depending on the use and type of contaminant (e.g. T19 for welding fumes, T20 for airborne dust, T36 for high temperatures, TGA crushresistant AIR CLEANER).
Limits of use
The trolley-mounted air cleaner is designed exclusively for the removal of oil-free fumes generated by welding processes and low concentration and small particulate dust.
Other substances, such as, for example, dust or liquids are not suitable for extraction/filtration and may give rise to faults in relation to the standard intended use of the equipment, apart from causing imbalance of the fan impeller.
The use of this unit is permitted only in the case of its use for dynamic welding processes that do not allow the use of a fixed work station or in confined spaces or difficult to reach areas.
