Construction features

* Self-loading structure in powder painted sheet steel, complete with wheels and handles, and featuring dimensions and weight such as to allow easy manoeuvrability and ergonomic use.
* High efficiency extraction unit coupled to a structure with plug fan system and centrifugal impeller with welded backward-turned blade, suitable for handling heavily dust-laden air, protected by and electrowelded safety grille, IP55 motor, efficiency class, two speeds depending on number of poles (2P-2800rpm / 4P-1400- rpm) suitable for increasing the range of use of the device.
* The multi-stage filter section, designed for heavy duty applications with high loads in very diverse severe application conditions. Each section (4 all located on the perimeter of the unit) contains 4 different types of filters inserted in a battery with a specific role and progressive and differentiated loading to allow high efficiency and duration through time.
* The activated carbon sections, housed in flat cells and featuring a shaking system, ensure continuous filtration over the entire surface area with contact times of the pollutant at low airflow capacities that help to maximise efficiency.
* IP65 protection electrical control panel complete with resettable meter, thermal magnetic protection for the motor, incorrect phase signalling (phase sequence relay) and unit operating indicator lights. The unit is also equipped with a selector for the two speeds.
* IBS 160/3 and 200/3 articulated arms (in the AIR CLEANERs in which the arm is present); in certain specific cases this unit offers the facility to install a 4 m suction.
