IF-Robot is a robot assisted 3D measurement instrument for production. The 3D measuring unit consists of the robust InfiniteFocus measurement sensor and a 6-axis robot. Operators benefit from flexible positioning and measure roughness, form and orientation in high resolution and repeatable accuracy. The measurement sensor is applicable to all industrial robots. The IF-Sensor is used as both, a measuring robot or an independent 3D measurement tool in the production line.
