We manufacture cooking kettles in stainless steel, complete and with all the security and control devices necessary for a perfect process. All units are sold with a microprocessor to control all the cooking parameters, to achieve a process as homogeneous as possible. Available with product temperature control, allowing to regulate the temperature of the water to some temperature above the core temperature. Main figures: - Up to 2000 liters of capacity. - Heating sources: Steam, gas, light oil and electricity. - Available with thermal oil chamber. - Circular, square, fix, folding, with or without mixer.
