GilaFlex is ideal for indoor or outdoor use in tough workplace environments. Its highly visible safety orange outer cover does not trap dirt and is easy to clean, while its special blend of PVC has no memory, enabling the hose to lay flat on the ground or floor. GilaFlex has a working pressure rating of 325 PSI and a temperature range of - 40 degrees F to 150 degrees F. In addition to being chemical and abrasion resistant, GilaFlex is also UV stabilized so it won't fade or degrade due to prolonged exposure to light.
GilaFlex was designed with the user in mind, making it easy to use throughout a long work day. Its steel spring strain relief protects the hose at its weakest point (at the fitting/tool end) without inhibiting maneuverability. A tight bend radius of 180 degrees increases maneuverability without kinking or cutting off the air supply. Also, its light weight and flexibility help to reduce user fatigue commonly associated with heavier red rubber hoses used in the workplace.
GilaFlex assemblies are available in 3/8 inch diameter with 1/4 inch MPT rigid fittings in your choice of 25, 50 and 100 foot lengths or in a 200 foot bulk (without fittings). The GilaFlex fitting is reusable, but Coilhose also offers replacement fittings.
