Standard tubed CP10 cold plates are aluminum cold plates with copper tubes.
The CP10 cold plate is a cost-effective, single-sided aluminum cold plate available with either copper or stainless steel tubes. It is ideal for component cooling applications where the heat load is low-to-moderate .
Outstanding value: Our entry-level cold plate, the CP10, is manufactured using Lytron's proprietary Press-Lock technology, which mechanically locks the tube into a channeled aluminum extrusion. This construction method provides superior thermal performance by ensuring good heat transfer between the tube and the plate. Its simple construction makes it cost-effective to manufacture.
Compatible with a range of coolants: The CP10 cold plate is available with either copper or stainless steel tubes. Copper tubes are compatible with water and most other common coolants; stainless steel is used with deionized water, corrosive, and high purity fluids.
Reliable and leak-free: The cold plate's cooling circuit is either a 2-pass or 4-pass single tube with 0.028" (0.7 mm) wall tubing, making it reliable and leak-free.
