Lytron' custom flat tube oil coolers offer many customization possibilities. With our vacuum-brazed custom oil cooler heat exchangers, three different flat tube widths are available and the length and number of tubes can be varied. The flat tube can be bent into a 3⁄8½ (3 mm) inside radius without buckling, so heat exchangers can be manufactured in a curved shape if needed. Custom heat exchanger fittings and manifolds can be added, and oil coolers can be painted or anodized for extra protection.
