Maximum machine gate height is only 2100 mm to optimise utilisation when used together with a robot. A spacer-plinth is available so that the pieces can be released from underneath the machine.
Swivel injection assembly equipped with a rapid screw and cylinder changover system, thus making replacement of the plasticising unit easy.
The advanced electric-hydraulic system ensures rational, efficient energy consumption, even when the IMM is used at maximum performance levels.
The digital network between the servo-pumps, driver and proportional distributor provides high communication efficiency with the IMM control and also allows the monitoring and the set-up of components directly from the control system.
The 2-metal cylinder on the IMM ensures excellent resistance to wear; ceramic heating elements provide enhanced energy efficiency.
