Overview
Nova 5eT is the fifth-generation all-electric injection moulding machine engineered for high-precision, high-cycle production. The Flat Clamp Mechanism delivers uniform contact pressure while EG injection units and High Precision Metering with Pre Pack stabilise melt volume and density for repeatable parts. The rigid bed, prismatic linear platen guides and bush-less platen design reduce contamination and support cleanroom-capable operation. Centralised automatic grease lubrication and fully overlapping movements improve uptime and cycle times.

Digital servo commands improve controllability. User-friendly 15" LCD touch display with history and graph functions; panel is water- and dust-resistant.
