OCIO PIUSI

OCIO is a system innovating for the management of the level of the liquid in the atmospheric tanks. The system records the static pressure creates by the height of the liquid by means of a tube introduced inside the tank and it visualizes the level of the liquid or volume. The new design and the adopted solutions make it possible to obtain an indication of the level which is reliable and which can be repeated.

The system is consisted:
• A tube for the raising of the static pressure. The tube with part of end is introduced through the roof of the tank and is immersed in the liquid until it is posed on the bottom of the tank.
• A control unit for the visualization of the level and the management of the system. The unit is equipped with a software intuitive and complete and it allows the connection of two blocking and warning devices.

Via the software, it is possible:
- to establish the type and dimensions of the tank
- to define alarms of the level
- to define the indication of the level
- to define the measuring unit
- to calibrate the instrument
On the basis of fixed level of alarm, the control unit activates or decontaminates the contact while intervening like switch distant for actuation from the warning devices or for the blocking of the apparatus power supply connected.
