Description

Heavy duty linear units D-Line This whole new range of linear units is based on BLOCAN® heavy-duty profiles (D-profiles). D-Line puts into practice all the advantages of the modern developments in aluminium-alloy technology. This ensures a low specific weight, thus keeping the drive unit as small as possible – which is of great benefit when using axles that operate in sequence. Increased dynamic performance for the efficient use of short cycle times. The D-Line systems are characterised by the following features: -Highly loadable to maximal 3 t (horizontally) / 300 kg vertically at 1.2 m/s -High dynamics at speeds of maximal 3 m/s with ball rail, 5 m/s with roller. -Continuous operation with high running performance ( e.g. handling automation) -Inversion operation with high reproducibility and short cycle times. -Load oriented arrangement of guides D-Line rolling guide with rack and pinion drive´: -Rack and pinion inductively hardened -Spur gear teeth hardened and polished. Collar polished -Guide shaft made of tempered steel, inductively hardened -v max. = 5 m/s D-Line ball rail guide with rack and pinion drive: -Rack and pinion inductively hardened -Spur gear teeth hardened and polished. Collar polished -Guide rail hardened and polished. Precision class N -v max. = 3 m/s
