Automatic recirculation valves (sometimes referred to as pump or minimum flow recirculation valves) are used to ensure the protection of centrifugal pumps during low load operation. This prevents the pumps from running dry and is therefore ideal for boiler feeding, pump start up, or water cooling plants.
The performance of the unique SchuF design has been perfected through simulation and joint research and development with the universities of Magdeburg and Darmstadt.
