The DN50-500 1110 Series features a stainless steel CF8M disc, with a primer painting EP-02 epoxy red oxide primer RAL2012 and implemented with an EP-04 epoxy finish enamel grey RAL 7045 finishing. The carbon steel type (ref. 1115) is 10- 30 pm thick. Full crossing stem, has 10 positions operated by a ductile iron handle, with a locking device up to DN150 or NPS 6. The gear box is from DN 200 to DN600 or NPS 8"to 24". This device is wafer-type, double eccentric and 100% tight and bidirectional with preferential flow direction indicated by the arrow. The mounting pad complies to ISO 5211, fire safe complies to ISO 10497 : 2010,and lastly, Between ISO PN20 ANS1150 flanges.
