The 2/2 way ball valve of the T-EAV901 Series is electric actuated with an AISI 316 stainless steel body and a screwed connection. The valves come in two different type such as on-off controlled electric actuated ball valve, and proportional controlled electric actuated ball valve for application in water, hot water, air, aggressive fluid, food, gas, oil, steam and other areas. The TORK-REA 4o and TORK-REA 60 actuators come with an output torque value of 40Nm and 60Nm. They have aluminum bodies of high-grade alloy for housing, hard anodized and polyester-coated protection class with a weatherproofing of IP67 and a heater for humidity up to 10W. They also have manual override handwheels and hexagons under the actuators. They function at a voltage 220V AC or 24 V DC with open close times of 12sn or 50-60Hz, and a 90-degree turn motor, reversible motor and valve connection. Each valve meets the ISO 5211 standard and has F03/F05/F07 flange connections with the TORK ball valve having a bore of AISI 316 stainless steel and three-parts body way like the two-way o-ring, as well as PTFE suitable for low and high pressure. It withstands temperatures from -20-160 degrees Celsius and working pressures of PN 40bar for 1/2"and 1 1/4", 16bar for 11 /2" to 3" sizes. All valves are test for 48 hours to offer the best product.
