Description

The TORK-branded T-REA80 to T-REA300 Series are high on performance and durability rotary electric actuators providing torque levels of 80-3,000Nm. These Exproof models operate on single phase/three-phase voltage. They are available in on-off or proportional versions. The body comprises top quality aluminum alloy housing anodized inside out and polyester-coated exteriors for excellent corrosion resistance. The voltage range is from 220V AC 1 PH, 50/60Hz, but can be customised at 110V AC, 24V DC with a current range of 0.4-0.19A, 380V AC 3 PH and 440V AC if required. They have manual overrides activated by declutching, a mechanical stopper and two adjustable external screws. The self-lock gearing is double worm. Each unit is equipped with a 10W heater to prevent humidity, which operates at 220V/110V AC. Actuator operating times range from 12-112sn at 50/60Hz with 90-degree rotation. The induction motor is reversible, two 16A open-close switches (optional S.P.D.T) are provided, with two additional switches if requested. Torque switches are open/close type S.P.D.T, with rating of 250V/12A. The actuator is used in butterfly-valves, ball-valves, plug-valves and dampers.
