Cyclo Drive centrifuge reducers are the ideal drive for all types of centrifuges with a screw conveyor for conveying solids. The circular design, the high drive ratios up to 87:1 in just one stage, the high shock overload capacity and the wide variety of possibilities for special designs are the main reasons for them being the most popular drive system for centrifugal applications.

The Cyclo Drive centrifuge reducer provides the relative speed between the drum and the screw conveyor. The precisely balanced housing is firmly bolted to the drum and is driven at the speed of the drum. The drive shaft of the Cyclo Drive centrifuge reducer is coupled with the screw conveyor and thus transmits the torque required for conveying solids. The drive shaft can be held with a torque converter or can be actuated by a backdrive motor so as to achieve the required relative speed.

Flexible lubrication systems, such as grease lubrication or all types of oil lubrication are made possible with Cyclo Drive centrifuge reducer. Built-in dimensions can be suitably designed for all applications.
