3P expanded PTFE product range is made from 100% pure Premium Grade PTFE through a special process that creates an uniform and highly fibrillated microstructure. Soft and pliable, the products have an excellent resistance under pressure and exhibit low creep and cold flow. Clean and non-toxic, it is resistant against corrosion and ageing and can be utilized within a wide temperature range: from -240°C to +260°C, and up to +310°C for short periods. Exceptional anti-leakage properties make 3P ePTFE sheet the best option for sealing. After compression, the fibers tangle together making the product more airtight and watertight: ePTFE sealing properties are therefore improved in corrosive and heated environments. Repairing small damages or irregularities of the flange surface reveals unnecessary as it excels at sealing irregular surfaces. The 3P ePTFE sheet suffers no delamination for the best benefits.
