Description

PTFE thin wall tubes (TWT) benefit from high chemical resistance, high temperature range, high pressure resistance at high temperature. They are used to handle corrosive or sticky fluids, and are easy to wash. PTFE tubes are used for fluid handling, sensor protection, high pressure hydraulic functions or in food equipments such as coffee machines. Thin wall tubes can be supplied in filled PTFE or in stripped tube. Dimensions are available on request. Standard dimensions benefit from fast delivery: 2x4, 4x6, 5x7, 5x9, 6x8, 7x9, 8x10, 10x12, 12x14, 14x16, 15x17, 20x24, 25x28. Tubes can be cut at desired length. standard solutions are delivered in coils of 8 to25, 50, 100 m depending on tube diameter, bending radius and other technical restrictions. Extra lengths up to 500 m for 4x6 or 350 m for 6x8 are available on request. 3P also provides FEP and PFA tubes. Tubes are also available as convoluted tubes for high flexibility.
