Working capacity up to 20 coconuts per minute .
The machine has to be manually fed from one or two operators.
In the first phase, the coconuts will be placed, two by two, on proper cups, positioned on two channels on the left side of the machine and transferred to the cutting zone. Each coconut will be held two grippers . A blade creates the first horizontal incision all around the fruit.
The “shell cut coconuts” will be released from the grippers and collected and being transferred to the front side, ready to be re-loaded for the second phase.
The “shell cut coconuts” with double incision, will be released from the grippers and discharged on the exit belt on back side of the machine, to be collected and checked from the operator
