Butternut squash peeling-coring machine AP 15

The AP15 Industrial Fruit Peeler and Corer can be used to process butternut squash. With a working capacity of 13 fruits per minute to be hand fed, this fruit processing machine can handle product up to 400/430 mm in length. Made of a stainless-steel frame and other materials for the food industry, the machine works for butternut squash and pumpkin of different shape and size, even with consistent difference of diameter. The peeling depth is adjustable, turning a simple knob in a few seconds and without having to stop the machine. Top and Tail cutting device included.
