Description

Overview
  • Ace VII Plus is a 4-stage (2+2 parallel) booster compressor designed for breathing air and nitrogen, suitable for high-pressure filling and industrial applications. Compact HD pumping unit and optional purification ensure compliance with breathing gas requirements.


Pump unit
  • 4-stage HD pumping unit (2+2 in parallel) with aluminum monoblock.
  • Forced lubrication by low-pressure gear pump.
  • First stage arranged for gas recovery and safety valves after each compression stage.
  • Pipes, fittings and nuts in AISI 316 stainless steel; special cast-iron cylinders lapped to low roughness.
  • Forged aluminum connecting rods and forged steel crankshaft; roller bearings for intensive duty.
  • Hardened-steel fourth stage with six special cast-iron piston rings; thrust pads on second and third stages to eliminate lateral forces.
  • High-flow valves on stages 1–3; intermediate condensate separators after stages 2 and 3 and a high-pressure final separator.


Purification system (Hyperfilter)
  • Stand-alone activated-carbon Hyperfilter mounted on separate support.
  • Includes configurable safety valve, pressure-holding valve, separator and external Hyperfilter kit, and leg kit.
  • Automatic condensate drain removes water from intermediate and final separators during operation (standard interval: every 7 minutes).


Electric motor
  • Three-phase electric motor transmits motion to the pumping unit via V-belt. Available power options: 9 kW, 11 kW or 15 kW.


Electrical cabinet and controls
  • Motor protection switch, Autostop and Autostart functions.
  • Automatic drainage of separators between stages during operation (standard: every 15 minutes for 6 seconds).
  • Interstage pressure gauges mounted in the compressor frame for monitoring stage pressures, valve tightness and early fault detection.
  • Control console with interstage gauges, internal temperature indicator, phase-sequence and oil-shortage alarms, start/stop and manual condensate drain controls.


Frame and cooling
  • Open frame for easy maintenance and transport; tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension.
  • Thermo-formed protective casing channels cooling air over cylinders and inter-stage piping to improve compression efficiency.
  • Steel frame with scratch‑resistant powder coating RAL 9005 (black).


Standard equipment
  • Stand‑alone Hyperfilter filtration system with activated carbon cartridges.
  • Compressor control and automatic condensate drainage system.
  • Interstage control pressure gauges.
  • Frame color: RAL 9005 black.
