Overview
Medium-pressure 3-stage booster designed for industrial and professional applications requiring compression up to 40 bar. Engineered for easy maintenance and continuous operation with corrosion-resistant materials and forced lubrication.

Pumping unit

• 3-stage medium-pressure pumping unit (40 bar)
• Aluminum monoblock construction
• Forced lubrication by low-pressure gear pump
• Suction filter: 10 µm
• Die-cast aluminum cylinders with Nicasil barrel coating
• Final safety valve

Electric motor
Three-phase electric motor available: 7.5 kW. Motion is transmitted to the pumping unit via a V-belt; tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant belt tension for maintenance and alignment.

Electrical cabinet

• Electronic pressure switch: stops at final pressure and restarts at set minimum
• ON/OFF switch with motor protection
• Transformer
• Timer for automatic condensate drain
• Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge at shutdown)
• Condensate collection tank: 5 L (usable ~3 L) with silencer
• Interstage pressure gauges for monitoring each compression stage and valve tightness

Frame
Silenced cabin chassis built for easy maintenance. External oil level and drain, control console with interstage gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and phase-sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, run/stop and manual condensate drain controls. Steel frame with scratch-resistant powder coating, Black RAL 9005.
