BOOSTER LINE. High-pressure booster compressor designed for breathing air applications and gas recovery.

Electric motor
Three-phase electric motor transferring motion to the pumping unit through a belt. Available power options on this model: 9 kW, 11 kW or 15 kW.

Purification system
Hyperfilter purification system for nitrogen placed after the last compressor separator and before the pressure maintenance valve. Enables reliable treatment of breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 when using original filter cartridges. Separator between the 2nd and 3rd stages in the purification circuit improves moisture extraction. Filtering capacity (inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar): 52,500 m³.

Electrical cabinet
  • ON/OFF switch with motor protection switch
  • Electromechanical pressure switch that stops the compressor at final pressure
  • Drainage of all separators between stages and of the final separator during operation
  • Timer for automatic condensate drainage device
  • Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge each time the unit is turned off)
  • Condensate collection tank: 5 liters (silenced), practical capacity about 3 liters, for environmentally friendly disposal
  • Interstage pressure gauges display operating pressure for individual compression stages to help check valve tightness


Frame
Silenced cabin chassis with vertical development for low-noise environments. External oil level and drain reporting. Control console equipped with inter-stage gauges, oil pressure gauge, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, run stop and manual condensate drain controls. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in Black RAL 9005.
