Overview
Medium-pressure booster designed for industrial applications requiring reliable compression up to 40 bar. Compact 4-stage pumping unit built for intensive duty, serviceability and process integration.

Pumping unit & materials

Electric motor
Three-phase electric motor transfers motion to the pumping unit via V-belt. Available power range for this model: 11 kW to 15 kW, selected to match duty cycle and process requirements.

Stand-alone filter system with Hyperfilter
Independent filter assembly with activated carbon cartridge mounted on a separate support. System includes:
  • Safety valve (configurable to customer request)
  • Pressure holding valve
  • Separator and external Hyperfilter kit
  • Leg kit for mounting
  • Automatic condensate drain removing water from intermediate and final separators at regular intervals (standard: every 7 minutes)


Electrical cabinet & controls
  • Motor protection switch
  • Autostop and Autostart functions
  • Timed drainage of separators between stages during operation (standard cycle: every 15 minutes for 6 seconds)
  • Interstage pressure gauges mounted on frame for quick valve tightness checks and fault diagnosis


Frame & accessibility
Open serviceable frame for easy maintenance and transport. Tilting motor-carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. Thermoformed protective casing channels cooling air over cylinders and interstage piping to maintain compression efficiency. Control console features interstage pressure gauges, internal temperature indicator, phase sequence/presence alarm, oil shortage alarm, run/stop and manual condensate drain controls. Frame finished in scratch-resistant powder coat RAL 9005 black.
