Description

Overview
The Smart HE is a compact helium-line compressor designed for high-pressure helium compression and breathing/technical gas applications. It integrates a 3-stage high-pressure pumping unit, Maxifilter purification and a silenced cab-style frame to simplify maintenance and transport.

Electric motor
Available as single-phase or three-phase electric motor with power in the range 4 to 5.5 kW; the motor transmits motion to the pumping unit through a belt.

Purification System - Maxifilter
The Maxifilter purification system uses a combined molecular sieve and activated carbon filter cartridge to remove moisture, oil vapors and other contaminants. It is installed after the 2nd and 3rd stage compressor separators and before the pressure maintenance valve to provide a primary barrier against moisture. Filtering capacity: 8,600 m³. The system is designed to ensure compressed gas quality suitable for underwater, industrial and emergency breathing applications.

Frame
Silenced cab-style chassis designed to facilitate maintenance operations. Constructed of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in Black RAL 9005. The compressor frame includes carrying handles for transport.
