Overview
The Ace III HE Zero Loss is a 3-stage helium-line compressor designed for industrial gas compression with Zero Loss gas recovery. It integrates advanced filtration, condensate separation and components sized for continuous, intensive operation.

Electric motor
Three-phase electric motor transmits motion to the pumping unit via belt drive. Motor power available on this model: 4 to 7.5 kW.

Hyperfilter / Maxifilter purification system
The Hyperfilter/Maxifilter system provides reliable treatment of technical gases. Installed after the final separator and before the pressure maintenance valve, with separators after the 2nd and 3rd stages as primary moisture barriers. Filtering capacity (inlet air 20°C, 200 bar): 52,500 m³.

  • ON/OFF switch with motor protection
  • Electromechanical/electronic pressure switch to stop compressor at final pressure
  • Drainage of all interstage separators and final separator during operation
  • Timer for automatic condensate drainage
  • Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge at shutdown)
  • Condensate collection tank 5 L (usable approx. 3 L) with silencer
  • Interstage pressure gauges for stage-by-stage monitoring and valve tightness checks


Frame and maintenance features
Silenced cab chassis designed for easy maintenance. Tilting motor carrier plate for constant V-belt tension, external oil level and drain, control console with interstage gauges, internal temperature indicator, phase-sequence and oil shortage alarms, run/stop and manual condensate drain controls. Steel frame with scratch-resistant Black RAL 9005 powder coating.
