Description

Overview
ACE VI HE Zero Loss is a 4-stage helium-line gas compressor with integrated gas recovery and purification, designed for low-noise operation and zero-loss recovery of technical gases. It couples an aluminum monoblock pumping unit with advanced condensate management and an activated-carbon Hyperfilter to ensure reliable compression and treatment of technical gases.

Electric motor
The unit is driven by a three-phase electric motor; available power for this model ranges from 11 to 15 kW.

Purification system
The Hyperfilter purification system is installed after the final compressor separator and before the pressure maintenance valve to treat technical gases reliably. Filtering capacity (inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar): 52,500 m³.

Steel frame with scratch-resistant powder coating in Black RAL 9005.
