Description

Overview
The Silent HE is part of the HELIUM LINE: a four-stage, high-pressure helium compressor engineered for large-capacity helium compression and reliable breathing-air production while minimizing acoustic impact. Supplied in a silenced cabin chassis for installations where low noise is required.

Pumping unit (4-stage)

Three-phase electric motor transferring motion to the pumping unit via belt. Available power ratings for this model: 7.5–11 kW.

Hyperfilter purification system
Positioned after the final compressor separator and before the pressure maintenance valve, the Hyperfilter is a high-capacity purification circuit composed of two cartridges in series: a molecular sieve cartridge for moisture removal followed by a cartridge combining molecular sieve and activated carbon to remove oil vapors and contaminants. When fitted with original cartridges, the system enables reliable breathing-air treatment according to DIN EN 12021. Filtering capacity (inlet air 20°C, 200 bar): 3,050 m³.

Electrical cabinet

Frame and cabin
Silenced cabin chassis with vertical layout for low-noise environments. External oil level and drain. Control console with interstage gauges, oil pressure gauge, internal temperature indicator, presence and phase-sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, run/stop and manual condensate drain controls. Constructed in steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in RAL 9005 black.

Purification system (detailed)
The Hyperfilter comprises two cartridges in series: first a molecular sieve for moisture removal; second a combined molecular sieve and activated carbon cartridge to remove oil vapors and contaminants. An intermediate separator between the 2nd and 3rd stages maximizes moisture extraction. This configuration provides broad-range filtration for high-volume breathing-air applications.
