Product description
The pressure-accelerated PCT JESD22-A101 environmental aging test chamber is designed to evaluate product performance under combined high temperature, high humidity and pressure conditions. It is intended for electrical and electronic products, components, parts, materials and metallic materials. The chamber simulates storage, transport and operating environments to test physical properties and other related characteristics for design verification, improvement and delivery inspection. It is also used for seal performance and accelerated life testing of related products.

What is the JESD22-A110 test?
JESD22-A110: Highly Accelerated Stress Test for Temperature and Humidity (HAST) is performed to assess the reliability of nonhermetic packaged devices in humid environments.
