Description

Overview
The TME-L2 Series are 2-point link-motion mechanical transfer presses designed for high‑precision forming of high‑strength materials. Key structural features include wide suspension point spacing for improved off‑center load capacity, minimal overall clearance to limit breakthrough, 8‑point square slide guides to restrict lateral and longitudinal movement, and a tie‑rod tightened frame for increased rigidity.

Design and manufacturing
AIDA produces precision components in‑house to achieve minimal clearances in critical areas. The 8‑surface slide guide design and grip‑type point design deliver high durability and stable, repeatable forming. The large frame and optimized manufacturing processes accommodate forming of automotive structural panels and transmission parts. Advanced link motion provides reduced draw speed and constant slide velocity for improved forming control.
