AIMOL Lubricator E240 Automatic electrochemical lubricator AIMOL-M Lubricator E240 is an universal gas type automatic lubricator for the lubrication of friction points. It operates based on the proven technology of electrochemical reaction which generates inert Nitrogen (N2) gas through the systematic use of an electrolyte and electrical energy. AIMOL-M Lubricator E240 reduces the number of breakdowns, saves time for maintenance and repair of equipment, increases productivity. It can be programmed for lubrication during 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. CONSTRUCTION AIMOL-M Lubricator E240 has a solid construction. Due to the batteries, supplied with lubricator, creates an electric current sufficient to activate the electrochemical reaction in which stands an inert gas (nitrogen). The gas makes a pressure on the piston, which push the grease to flow through the hole in the bottom of the lubricator. Lubricator equipped with a switch with 5 speed ranges (1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months), which can be varied during operation. When you need to stop the equipment you just move the switch in the position OFF.
