Pneumatic valves with a started flow, unlike free flow valves, have a less performing fluid dynamics: the passage (or the light) forms an S inside them, slightly influencing the speed with a pressure such as to have a less important KV. However, in certain situations, the started flow valves are chosen for their configuration, which can be easily placed in systems where pipes are intertwined and the spaces are not large. It is in these cases that the 90° valve can be preferred to the 45° valve. These valves are essential for the interception of the flow of numerous types of fluids in different industrial sectors. The choice of valves, as previously mentioned, must be carried out in relation to a compatibility analysis with the various types of fluids, taking into account the same four elements seen in the choice of a free flow valve: minimum and maximum temperature, type of fluid, minimum and maximum pressure of the system and KV. The 90° angle on-off pneumatic valves with started flow have been designed to be used in many industrial contexts, where the management of complex systems and the different processing phases of repeated cycles are entrusted to controls via PC, PLC and temperature regulators, capable of establishing the entry and closing times of the fluid flows according to the parameters established within different industrial sectors, from textiles to food, but also chemical and petrochemical, water purification and more.
