The LabFLO™ is a convenient reactor for lab-scale proof of concept studies. It is a 1 mL micro-mixer and 10 mL of residence time coils. These are immersed in a circulating fluid bath to maintain the process temperature. The LabFLO™ reactor can carry out reactions, including nitrations, sulfonation, diazotizations, oxidations, reductions, etc., all using raw materials and microliters.
