Description

The CorFLO™ Reactor represents a new generation of static mixer reactors designed to advance the principles of continuous chemistry. Combining scientific precision with industrial reliability, it provides exceptional control over reaction kinetics, temperature, and mixing efficiency. This enables chemists and engineers to move seamlessly from batch to continuous processes with greater safety, scalability, and consistency. At its core, the CorFLO™ Reactor features a corrugated tubular design integrated with precision-engineered static mixer elements. The corrugations along the reactor wall create periodic changes in flow geometry, generating controlled turbulence and promoting efficient radial mixing without mechanical agitation. This unique architecture minimizes axial dispersion and delivers a narrow residence time distribution, ensuring uniform reaction conditions. Features Volume: 50 mL to 1,000 L Flow Rates: Up to 10,000 LPH Pressure: Up to 100 bar Temperature: Up to 500°C Material: SS316, Hastelloy. Applications: Polymerization, blending of reagents, neutralization reactions, emulsification & bioprocessing. For manufacturing of adhesives, sealants, and coatings
