The MicroFLO™ reactor designed and patented by Amar ,represents the next generation of continuous flow microreactors, engineered for superior efficiency, scalability, and safety in modern chemical synthesis. Designed as a compact plate-type microchannel reactor, it offers a vastly higher surface area-to-volume and heat transfer ratio than conventional microreactors or traditional batch systems. At the heart of its performance is an innovative space-filling patented architecture, featuring alternate reactor and utility plates that ensure exceptional heat and mass transfer efficiency. Thus, this modular configuration of our microreactor, MicroFLO™, allows seamless scalability—from laboratory research to pilot and full-scale production—without compromising on performance or product consistency.
