Ami Polymer Pvt. Ltd manufactures precision Silicone O-Rings in a wide size range. Silicone O-Rings are produced from 1.0 mm ID to 600 mm ID using 5000 single-piece moulds. Components are formed on a hydraulic press with tightly controlled temperature, pressure and time to ensure accurate dimensions, a glossy finish and an invisible flash line. Finished parts are post-cured and inspected to meet specified quality standards. O-Rings can be produced to customer-specified dimensional tolerances and are available in multiple polymer materials.

Viton (FKM) O-Rings are also manufactured from 1 mm ID up to 3000 mm ID or other sizes using a step-moulding process that produces joint-less O-Rings with accurate dimensions and a high-quality finish. The company uses in-house CNC and VMC machines for mould fabrication, enabling rapid tool production and design adjustments.
