Overview
Food and pharmaceutical processing involves dynamic mechanical movements that generate static electricity on component surfaces. Silicone, commonly used for fluid transfer and sealing, is intrinsically insulating; accumulated static charge can ignite flammable solvents and create fire, explosion and electrocution hazards.

Product description
These static dissipative sieves are engineered to dissipate static charge during sifting. The silicone molding provides a smooth, crevice-free surface while maintaining mechanical integrity. The complete sieve assembly acts as an electrostatic dissipator, reducing the risk of fire, explosion and electrical shock during handling and processing.
