Overview
EmulTEK 4 is a compact bitumen emulsion plant by Ammann with a nominal production capacity of 4 t/h. Designed for on‑site mobility and flexible formulation management, it supports a range of emulsion recipes for priming, tack coats, slurry seals and micro‑surfacing.

Ammann engineering enables features for improved efficiency and lower emissions: stainless‑steel premix tanks on load cells, fast water heating circuits, options for low‑emission burners and modular upgrades (e.g. RAP recycling, warm‑mix technologies). Digital platforms enable predictive maintenance and real‑time monitoring.
