Description

Overview
High‑expansion foam concentrates are formulated to produce voluminous, low‑water content foams for suppression of Class A and Class B fires and for vapor suppression of LNG in large‑volume enclosures such as aircraft hangars, warehouses and outdoor tank farms. When used with properly designed high‑expansion generators, the foam solution can deliver expansion ratios from approximately 50:1 up to 1000:1, enabling rapid fill of three‑dimensional spaces and effective fire knockdown while minimizing water usage.

Key Product Statement
Foam concentrate suitable for high‑expansion systems, providing expansion ratios up to 1000:1 for suppression of Class A, Class B and LNG fire/vapor hazards in large‑volume applications.

Features
  • Designed to flood and blanket large enclosures, supporting horizontal and vertical (three‑dimensional) fire suppression.
  • Optimized for performance with dedicated high‑expansion foam generators and system hardware.
  • Produces large foam volumes with low water content to reduce water damage and runoff.

Benefits
  • Sustainable formulation: non‑fluorinated options available to minimize environmental persistence and reduce reliance on fluorinated surfactants.
  • Proven performance: compatible with UL‑listed, FM‑approved and CE‑marked high‑expansion systems when concentrate and hardware are tested together.
  • Adjustable operation: capable of delivering a wide range of expansion ratios (typ. 50:1–1000:1) to match hazard type and enclosure geometry.
  • Service and support: technical assistance available for hazard assessment, system selection, commissioning and performance verification.
