Overview
The Apollo Single-lane spiral conveyor transports products vertically in a continuous flow. Designed to reduce floor space and integrate into high-throughput lines, its slat-style belt revolves around a central column to provide smooth, reliable vertical conveyance.

How it works
The conveyor uses a slat-style belt running on a guided rail with precision low-friction bearings. Slats roll with rolling friction only; no side supports or wear strips are required. The design enables start/stop under load and replaces long inclined conveyors for space savings.

Types and models
The Single-lane spiral is available in multiple standard configurations and can be customized. Spirals can convey up or down, be reversible, and rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise. Infeed and outfeed angles are adjustable for smooth integration; side guarding and base options (painted RAL or stainless steel) are available.

Service and maintenance
Designed for long service life with reduced maintenance needs. The low-friction track and no lubrication under the slats lower maintenance compared with other solutions.
