Flexible Plate Sizes and Water Removal Range There are three plate sizes with water removal capacities ranging from 2,000 to 60,000 lbs/hr (907 to 27,216 kg/h). Multiple-effect or MVR (mechanical vapor recompression) configurations can be utilized due to the very low-temperature difference required.
