Description

Why trust AQUATHERM BLUE? High corrosion resistance Thinner insulation than required for metallic pipes High temperature resistance Resistance to chemicals Lighter than metallic materials High pressure resistance aquatherm blue made of corrosion-resistant polypropylene (PP) is the specialist for the transport of cooling and heating media in closed systems and is therefore particularly suitable for various industrial applications. The physical properties of the plastic are tailored to the special needs of the heating and cooling sector. The material is characterised by high temperature and pressure resistance. Thanks to its exceptionally good welding properties, the pipe and fitting fuse to form a homogeneous, materially bonded unit. This results in maximum safety and service life. In combination with the extensive range of fittings, the system includes all components for the pipe performance installation of air conditioning and heating systems as well as for plant engineering. Single-layer pipes are particularly suitable for use in installations with a medium temperature of up to 25°C. is a multi-layer and fibre-reinforced composite pipe. The composite pipes produced in the multi-layer extrusion process receive increased stability due to the fibre filling introduced in the middle layer. Fusiolen® pipes are normally not exposed to the effects of UV rays when installed. is an oxygen-tight pipe, which is equipped with a diffusion barrier and meets the requirements of DIN 4726.
