Overview
The CH50 rugged industrial camera housing provides increased protection for small industrial cameras (27×27, 29×29, 30×30, 31×31, 40×30mm, up to 44mm) against mechanical damage, dirt, grease, dust, water and overheating. Special designs and seals provide IP69 resistance against pressurized water, ensuring the visual system's longevity and reliability. Thanks to its guiding rods, the CH50 enclosure is quick and simple to use: even when replacing the lens or camera, there is no need to remove the housing at the installation site.

IP69 (IP69K)
CH50 is certified to IP69 (equivalent to IP69K test per ISO 20653 / EN 60529), providing protection against high-pressure, high-temperature washdown commonly required in food and hygienic environments.

Passive cooling as secondary camera protection
The CH50 enclosure features a spacer system for mounting the camera which ensures heat transition from the camera to the enclosure body. This passive cooling significantly reduces camera temperature compared to an unprotected camera; lens temperature is also reduced when heat is removed by the enclosure.

Wide compatibility
The CH50 cover is a universal solution for small industrial cameras. Designed primarily for standard 29×29 mm cameras, it can also accommodate wider cameras (up to 40 mm) and, with small customizations, taller cameras (30–31 mm) or wider units (up to 44 mm). For cameras shorter than 28 mm, mounting plates can be modified for secure installation.

Dimensions & length
The standard length is 150 mm (front 50 mm + rear 100 mm). Longer or shorter covers can be prepared depending on camera type, connectors and lens requirements.
