The Type VP and VPC bevel gear boxes represent highly compact drive units, intended for highly dynamic applications in automation engineering. They feature drive speeds of up to 8,000 rpm and output torques of up to 1,400 Nm, as well as a design that accounts for working with servomotors, offering added flexibility and compatibility with various applications. These series offer 280 standardized variants due to the selection of 6 gear sizes, 8 gear ratios and 6 types of output shafts. High flexibility of these units is largely due to modular construction of motor flange at the input side, allowing exchangeable and standardised motor flange plates to be selected and fixed according to specific application needs. In addition, the range includes over 120 different types of motor flange plates, supporting almost all types of servomotors.
