Autoclaves for sterilization, pasteurization, and cooking enable faster treatment processes and save a significant amount of water and energy.
Main technical characteristics:
Minimum capacity of 700 liters, completely manufactured in AISI304 stainless steel.
The water for pasteurization/sterilization is heated by direct steam, indirect steam, or 100% electric heating with electric resistances, thus eliminating the need for a boiler to feed the autoclave with steam.
Top and side spraying of superheated water on products to heat them. This technology allows for better heat transmission into the interior of the product compared to other steam contact heating technologies, where a significant temperature differential occurs between the surface and the interior.
The pasteurization and sterilization process can be configured based on the temperature holding time or, by the target P0 value, in the case of pasteurization, or F0 value for sterilization. The autoclave will automatically conclude the process and begin cooling the product once the programmed P0 or F0 target value, specified in the treatment recipe, is reached. This value is determined by the type of food being pasteurized or sterilized.
All variables are graphed and monitored in real-time, simultaneously stored on the touchscreen control panel, providing complete control over the process: time, temperature, pressure, autoclave temperature, and product interior temperature.
