Overview
Manufactured in the UK, this heavy-duty air-operated floor pit jack provides a compact alternative to conventional jacking beams and is suitable for use under post/column lifts or on pit floors.

Specifications
Wheels and base: Cylinder mounted in an 800 mm square sprung base on four castors; on loads above 600 kg the castors retract and the unit sits solidly on the floor.
Power pack: High-output hand pump with delivery valve, pre-set overpressure valve and dead-man release valve; single air valve controls advance (up) and retract (down). Air-over-oil hydraulic arrangement increases unloaded movement and responsiveness.
Rams: Double-acting hydraulic cylinder with chrome-plated rods and modern seal technology for extended service life. 750 mm stroke.
Warranty & compliance: 5-year warranty (T&Cs apply). Designed and manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and BS EN 1494:2001; complies with LOLER. Each unit is tested, serial-numbered and supplied with a test certificate.
