Product Overview
UK-made 15 tonne air pit floor jack designed as an industrial alternative to conventional jacking beams. Intended to sit on the pit floor and also compatible for use under post/column lifts on the garage floor.

Features

• 15T lifting capacity with 750 mm stroke; minimum height 1200 mm and maximum height 2000 mm.
• Designed to rest on the pit floor rather than run on pit-edge rails as with conventional jacking beams.
• Suitable for use under post or column lifts on the garage floor.
• Triple-layer safety: safety lowering valve, anti-burst valve and ram lock-off handle. Security struts available as an optional extra.
• Fast-acting air pump for rapid operation.
• Air-over-oil hydraulic system for improved performance and extended cylinder life.
• Each jack supplied with 1x dish-shaped support and 1x V adapter.
• Front and rear handles for ergonomic movement.

Specification
Wheels: Lifting cylinder is mounted in an 800 mm square sprung base and moves easily on four castors. Above 600 kg the castors retract and the unit sits solidly on the floor.
Power pack: High-output hand pump with delivery valve, pre-set overpressure valve and 'dead man' release valve provides the flow for cylinder advance and retract. Control is by a single air valve: up for advance/power lift, down for retract.
Rams: Double-acting hydraulic cylinder with 750 mm stroke. Chrome-plated rods and modern seal technology ensure long service life.
Warranty & compliance: 5 year warranty (T&Cs apply). Designed and manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC, BS EN 1494:2001 and LOLER. Each unit is fully tested, marked with a serial number and supplied with a test certificate.
