Overview
This UK-made 15 tonne pit floor jack operates as an air-over-oil hydraulic unit and is fitted with security struts for additional user protection. It is designed to replace conventional jacking beams on pit floors and can also be used with garage post/column lifts.

Specification
Wheels: The lifting cylinder is mounted in an 800 mm square sprung base and is moved on four castors. Above 600 kg load the castors retract and the unit sits solidly on the floor.
Power Pack: High-output hand pump with delivery valve, preset overpressure valve and 'dead man' release valve provides pressurised flow to the cylinder. Single air valve controls advance/power lift (up) and retract (down).
Rams: Double-acting hydraulic cylinder with 750 mm stroke. Chrome-plated piston rods and modern seal technology ensure long service life and low maintenance.
Warranty: 5 year warranty (T&Cs apply). Designed and manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and engineering standard BS EN 1494:2001 (materials handling equipment). Complies with EC requirements and LOLER lifting regulations. Each unit is fully tested, serial numbered and supplied with a test certificate.
