Overview
The AUTOBAG® Brand 500 High-Speed Bagging System is an automatic filling and sealing machine engineered for reliable, flexible and high-throughput packaging operations. Capable of cycling at rates over 100 bags per minute, the system maximizes uptime while reducing total cost of ownership. The machine is designed for safe hand-load operation without light curtains or double palm switches and can be configured for left- or right-hand access to the HMI, cycle switch and bag loading stations to improve ergonomics and operator productivity. The open architecture supports integration with AUTOBAG® and third-party counters, scales and infeeds and can be networked for full pack-station integration and central monitoring. When paired with the AutoLabel 500™ inline imprinter, it forms a complete Print-and-Pack™ station.
