Overview
The SX222 orbital TIG welding machine is designed for workshop prefabrication of medium-diameter tubes. It supports fusion and fusion + wire processes and can be converted for orbital cutting or beveling using conversion kits. Suitable for carbon steels and exotic alloys and compatible with SAXX welding power sources.

Product details
The SX222 provides controlled orbital TIG welding with accurate electrode and tube positioning, micrometric arc-gap adjustment and mechanical OD tracking to maintain constant electrode-to-tube distance. The concentric clamping system and stainless-steel clamping jaws minimize tube distortion and contamination. Quick conversion kits enable cutting and beveling operations to be carried out in the workshop.
